2. Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
- The goods are in the original packaging.
- The goods are not used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

- Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear may vary depending on your card issuer or financial institution.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
