Shipping

We offer shipping across the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. All orders are prepared and dispatched within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a local pickup point. If the parcel is not collected within the carrier's holding period, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged During Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the package before opening it and contact us within 48 hours at service@zelantshop.com. We will review the case promptly and arrange a replacement or full refund if the damage occurred during transit.
